Enhancing your myEntergy account security with multifactor authentication

Starting March 27, Entergy will offer multifactor authentication as an added layer of security for customers logging into their myEntergy account.
With multifactor authentication, when you log in, you will have the option to receive a six-digit verification code sent to the email associated with your account. Simply enter the code, wait for the green check to appear, and hit “submit” to complete the login process. If you do not receive the code, you will have the option to resend it.
Customers can enable or disable multifactor authentication anytime within their profile settings.
Why opt in? Multifactor authentication helps protect your account from unauthorized access, giving you greater peace of mind.
