Entergy Mississippi Employees Volunteer at CARA Animal Shelter

A group from Entergy's utility sales and development services recently spent time volunteering at the Community Animal Rescue and Adoption center in Jackson, Mississippi, lending a hand to help one of the largest animal shelters in the city.
Volunteers spent time bathing, grooming and socializing the animals while also cleaning kennels and helping with laundry.
CARA houses both cats and dogs at its Jackson facility and is always on the lookout for volunteers to pitch in on everyday tasks that are necessary to keep pets neat and tidy prior to adoption.
