Crews make progress in hard-hit areas, restoring more than 96% of customers impacted by Hurricane Beryl

Entergy Texas restoration crews continue to make progress clearing debris and making repairs in the hardest hit areas following Hurricane Beryl. As of 6 p.m. Monday, approximately 244,700 of the 252,460 customers have been restored, bringing the company’s total restoration percentage to more than 96%.

All Entergy Texas customers in the Huntsville area are now restored, and the company expects to fully restore power to customers in The Woodlands and Conroe areas tonight. Due to a significant amount of downed vegetation, crews continue to face access issues in New Caney and Cleveland areas. Estimated restoration times for customers in these areas have been adjusted to 10 p.m. Tuesday.

  • Shepherd Community Center, 10251 TX-150, Shepherd 
  • Coldspring Area Public Library, 14221 Hwy 150 West, Coldspring  
  • R.B Tullis Branch: 21569 US-59, New Caney   

All customers who signed up for outage alerts through their myEntergy account have been notified about the updated restoration time for their area. Entergy Texas will continue to communicate restoration updates to all impacted customers and work around the clock until every customer is restored.
