Significant progress is being made by our Entergy Arkansas crews in restoring power to our customers who remain affected by the multiple rounds of severe weather this past weekend. The series of storms resulted in peak outages of 71,300 customers. As of 11 a.m. today, 11,200 outages remain, and we continue to work diligently and safely to restore your power.

As of noon today, 21,327 outages remain, mostly in the Little Rock area, after a peak of 71,300 Saturday. We expect 90% of customers to be restored by 10 p.m.

Currently, 83% of customer outages have been restored. We have activated teams of nearly 1,000 additional personnel to support restoration efforts and continue to shift resources and special equipment to assist with the hardest hit areas.

NEW ORLEANS – Entergy is proud to announce the launch of its Power Your Future Scholarship program, designed to support current college undergraduates pursuing eligible technology majors who plan to further their education at designated select Historically Black Colleges or Universities or minority-serving institutions within Entergy’s service area. Selected recipients will receive a $5,000 award, with up to 20 scholarships available.
