As of 9:30 a.m., about 1,000 customers remain without power, down from a peak of about 90,000. The outages were caused by a winter storm that swept through Entergy Mississippi’s service area on Wednesday, Feb. 17. Both Entergy Mississippi crews and additional workers are restoring power as quickly and safely as possible. We expect the majority of customers will be restored this afternoon.
