Entergy Arkansas linemen got an influx of new blood this week with the graduation of 11 apprentice linemen from the Summer 2020 Linemen’s Boot Camp.
Waterford 3 Engineering Director Crystal Garbe (pictured left) and Senior Manager of Nuclear Fleet Operations Bonnie Bryant (pictured right) join WIN’s Leadership Cohort program. They join 10 other participants across the nuclear power industry aimed to help develop female leaders.

Brian Lanka, currently director of engineering at Waterford 3, has accepted the chief engineering director position for the Entergy fleet. In this role he will be responsible for leading multiple fleet-wide engineering initiatives. Crystal Garbe, currently plant support engineering manager, has been named director of engineering at Waterford 3.
More than 100 years of service to Entergy by three generations of Sadlers ends Friday.
Longtime Entergy employee and Mountain View resident Everette Sadler Jr. has the keys to the city. Or at least the keys to the gates. More like the tool shed. “I have the keys to get to the lawnmower so I can keep the grass cut at our professional-grade disc golf course I helped create,” Sadler said recently, “which makes me pretty proud.”
Entergy has promoted Marlon Merritt as the company's first vice president of continuous improvement, effective May 1.

Dale Claudel, vice president, power generation, has been named vice president, grid modernization and utility support. Replacing Claudel as vice president, power generation is Charles Hall, who currently serves as vice president, power plant operations for Arkansas.
