Arkansas native and 18-year Entergy veteran Melanie Taylor has been hired as the utility’s new director of customer service for the utility’s central region in Little Rock, Entergy Arkansas, Inc. announced today.

Chan Tucker, a 16-year Entergy Arkansas veteran, has been named the new Entergy Arkansas southeast region manager. He replaces Clarence Irby, who accepted a similar job in his home state of Mississippi.
