As part of its ongoing efforts to help customers with the greatest need, Entergy Arkansas announced Wednesday a $50,000 donation to the Arkansas Community Action Agencies Association, which manages the federally funded Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program from 14 locations across the state that covers 74 counties. The dollars will be used to purchase personal protection equipment, plexiglass or other contact barriers, office equipment and other supplies that will expedite processing for customers, who are anticipated by Entergy Arkansas to qualify and participate at greater numbers due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
