For the 10th year in a row, Entergy Arkansas and the Little Rock International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 34 have come together to provide winter coats to elementary school students for “Operation Warm.” Through this partnership, hundreds of students in the Little Rock School District received new coats Wednesday, just before the students’ winter break begins.
