Entergy Corporation continues to make substantial restoration progress following Hurricane Ida’s destructive path through Southeast Louisiana and Mississippi.
On day three of assessing damage and restoration work following Ida’s landfall, Entergy has restored nearly 107,800 customers.

Entergy crews and additional resource workers have made significant progress restoring power to nearly 36,000 customers after Hurricane Ida caused outages for approximately 46,000 customers on Monday. As of 12 p.m., about 10,700 customers remain without power.

Just two days after Hurricane Ida delivered a catastrophic blow to Louisiana, Entergy has determined two options to bring first lights into the Greater New Orleans area by late evening Wednesday, Sept. 1.
