Entergy Louisiana Restoration Morning Update – Sept. 3

Our restoration workers have restored 81% of the electrical power outages caused by Hurricane Laura.
As of 7:45 a.m., Entergy Texas has 9,068 customers without power compared to the peak of 291,300 customers. A total of 282,232 customers have been restored since the peak of the storm.
The company has restored 348,044 individual outages in Louisiana as of 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Our restoration workers have restored 78% of the electrical power outages caused by Hurricane Laura.
An Entergy storm team of 8,300 and growing is on the ground in southwest Louisiana to rebuild a power grid severely damaged by Hurricane Laura’s 150 mph sustained winds.
Crews continue work repairing heavily damaged transmission system.
